  1. Account usage is free of charge. However, a transaction fee of 19.99 TL will be charged for accounts/cards with no financial transactions for 30 days. For 60 days, accounts with no transactions will be charged according to the conditions of the day, including operational costs.
  2. Physical cards are subject to fees at points of sale. Virtual cards: 3 virtual cards are free of charge, the next one is 49.99 TL. Single use virtual card fee is 19.99 TL.
  3. The first 4 transactions are free for one’s own bank account, and the first 3 transactions are free for transfers to others’ bank accounts. A transaction fee of 19.99 TL is charged for up to 14 transactions and 79 TL for more than 14 transactions.
  4. O2O: Sending money from Ozan account to Ozan account: 15 transactions per month free of charge, then 3.99% for each transaction.
  5. Installment transactions vary on bank basis. You will be informed during the transaction.
  6. The fee depends on the service fee of the financial institution you make a transaction with and is determined at the time of the transaction. In case the description field is written incorrectly while making a transfer/EFT top-up, 2% + 2 TL operational service fee is charged for the correction process.
  7. The relevant card schemes charge varying rates for your overseas expenses.
